We aim to reinvest all our returns in order to increase the capitalization and the accelerated development of the company. The articles of incorporation stipulate that the company will submit the payment of dividends in the form of newly issued shares, to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders. Furthermore, the reserves from the issue premiums will be converted into new shares which will be granted to the shareholders annually, when applicable.
