This long-term deal provides financial visibility and stable, guaranteed income over an extended period.

The portfolio is further strengthened by other reputable commercial tenants operating in the discount segment, which attracts a large audience, especially families and young people. These tenants will operate under firm 5-year lease contracts, also indexed to inflation. Together, they contribute to a steady commercial dynamic in a format with high consumer appeal.
