We are a holding company, active in the real estate sector, founded in March 2021 by a group of Romanian entrepreneurs with experience in real estate and capital markets. We are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in the AeRO market, since August 29, 2022, with the stock symbol MET.

The company has invested in more than 50 real estate projects in the 3 years since its founding, acting as a partner of real estate developers through equity participation, as well as acquisitions of residential projects in the early stages of construction, in Bucharest and in major cities.

The vision of this project is based on the strong experience of the founders, who have created a unique model adapted to the specific local market.
