Investor appetite for the real estate market is low at the moment, says Alexandru Bonea explaining: "Individual investors who buy apartments to exploit them on a recurring income basis now have a reduced appetite, because inflation is high, the benchmark interest rate is high, their business plan at the moment does not make much sense, because the interest rate sometimes even exceeds the return on investment, but at the same time, if we see a little help from the banks through promotional programs of fixed interest, I think that the sales market and the number of transactions will also increase."
