Meta Estate Trust has made a key investment to expand its asset portfolio, through a firm financial commitment in the acquisition of four villas within the Radisson Blu Grand Mountain Resort Brașov, the first 5-star mountain villa resort in Romania.

The total estimated value of the transaction is €1,520,000. The acquisition began in June 2025 with an advance payment of 40%, while the remaining balance will be settled upon delivery. The next steps will be communicated transparently to the market.

Developed by Grand Development in Cristian, near Brașov, Radisson Blu Grand Mountain is the first premium mountain destination in Romania composed exclusively of villas and operated by a renowned international hotel chain.
